Program

Day 1: LARNACA - THESSALONIKI
Gathering at Larnaca airport and flight to Thessaloniki. Arrival, pick-up and transfer to the hotel. Check-in to rooms. Overnight.

Day 2: TOUR OF THESSALONIKI
After breakfast, we will get to know the city of Thermaikos. We will pass by the White Tower, see the Rotunda, the Arch and Hagia Sophia. We will ascend to the Upper Town where the Castles are located for a panoramic view of the city and on the way down we will stop at Agios Dimitrios. Return to the hotel. Overnight.

Day 3: THESSALONIKI-VERGINA-PANAGIA SOUMELA-EDESSA - THESSALONIKI
Breakfast and we continue towards Western Macedonia. Our first stop is Vergina where we will tour the magnificent tomb of Philip, father of Alexander the Great. This is followed by a visit to Veria with the famous olive tree balcony overlooking the plain and from there a climb to the Monastery of Panagia Soumela. We continue to the magnificent Agios Nikolaos of Naoussa and via Edessa we return to Thessaloniki in the afternoon.

Day 4: THESSALONIKI – SERRES – THESSALONIKI
Breakfast and departure for Serres. Stop at the Holy Monastery of Timios Prodromos of Serres as well as at the theme park and ice cream factory. Time for a walk and coffee. Return to Thessaloniki. Overnight.

Day 5: THESSALONIKI – LARNACA
After breakfast we depart for Thessaloniki airport with a stop in Asprovalta. We will take our return flight to Larnaca in the afternoon.
