Program

Day 1: LARNACA - WARSAW
Gathering at Larnaca airport and departure for Warsaw. Arrival, pick-up and transfer to the hotel. Overnight.

Day 2: WARSAW
Breakfast and guided tour of the city. Warsaw is an elegant city that stretches along the banks of the Vistula River and is full of sights and monuments, which although completely destroyed during World War II, were rebuilt with faithful and detailed copying from historical documents, sketches, paintings and photographs, restoring the old and new city of Warsaw. We will start with the huge and lush “Łazienki” park, designed in the 17th century and featuring lakes and magnificent buildings, such as the famous royal palace “Palace on the Water” as well as the “Chopin” monument dedicated to the great Polish composer. We continue with the Monument to the Heroes of the Warsaw Ghetto, which was the largest of all the Nazi ghettos during World War II, and the monument to the Unknown Soldier. Then we will pass by the Palace of Science and Culture and end up in the old town where we will see, among other things, the Sigismund Column, the mermaid statue and the central square, which is surrounded by beautiful colorful buildings, cafes and restaurants and is a meeting point for locals. We will conclude our tour with the house where Marie Skłodowska-Curie was born in 1867, the first woman to be awarded the Nobel Prize twice (Physics & Chemistry). The rest of the day is free at your disposal. For those interested, we recommend a visit to the Royal Palace-Castle of the city. Overnight stay.

Day 3-4: WARSAW
Breakfast and free days at your disposal. We suggest taking your walks in the old town and especially in the main square Rynek Starego Miasta, which is surrounded by wonderful colorful buildings, cafes and restaurants. Do not forget to try local specialties such as traditional Pierogi, stuffed dumplings with meat, cheese or mushrooms, all kinds of soups, as well as the famous pork knuckle. The impressive Zloty Tarasy department store awaits you for your shopping. Overnight stay.

Day 5: WARSAW - LARNACA
Breakfast and transfer to the airport to take the return flight to Larnaca.
