- Reservation confirmation with a deposit of 30% of the trip value.
- Payment up to 21 days before departure.
- Cancellation of participation up to 45 days before departure, withholding of 100.00 Euros for operating expenses.
- Cancellation of participation between [44] and [31] days before departure, withholding of 30% of the trip value.
- Cancellation of participation between [30] and [21] days before departure, withholding of 50% of the trip value.
- Cancellation of participation 20 days before departure, withholding of the entire amount.
- For charters, cruises, skiing, exhibitions, conferences and similar international events, cancellation fees reach up to 100% of their value regardless of the date of notification of the cancellation.

- The flow of the program may change without any service being omitted.
- Full-day excursion to Salzburg €100 per person for adults and €65 per child. Prices are valid only for pre-bookings that will be made and paid at our office. The excursion will only take place if there is a sufficient number of participants.
