Program

Day 1: LARNACA - ATHENS - TRIKALA
Meeting at Larnaca airport and flight to Athens. Arrival, pickup and departure to Trikala, with a stopover for lunch. Arrival in the afternoon. Trikala is a beautiful town, most of which is pedestrianized. Check in at the hotel followed by a tour of the city. We will see the Central Bridge, the City Fortress, the Kursum Mosque, the old city consisting of the Varousi and Manavika districts, the railway station, the courthouse and the metal bridge of the Litheos River and we will end up in the city center. Overnight.

Day 2: METEORA - KALABAKA - ELATI - PYLI
Breakfast and we leave for Meteora, a landscape that enchants with the natural rocks and the monasteries located on the edges of the rocks. Time to visit one of the monasteries and enjoy the magnificent view. We descend towards Kastraki with the special view towards the first rocks of Meteora. We continue to Kalambaka and free time for lunch and to visit the Museum of Natural History and Mushrooms as well as a workshop of Byzantine icons. Return to our hotel. In the early afternoon we head to the beautiful resorts of Pindos, Pyli and Elati, with traditional mansions, cobbled alleys around the central squares. Return to Trikala and in the evening we suggest you to enjoy the snacks in the taverns of the center of Trikala. Overnight.

Day 3: TRIKALA - GYROS LIMNIS PLASTIRA - VOLOS
After breakfast we say goodbye to Trikala and head towards the artificial lake Plastira. Our first stop will be at the Monastery of Panagia Korona, the monastery was built by Emperor John Komnenos II at the beginning of the 12th century and we will continue to the lakeside village of Lampero and the beautiful Neochori where we will have free time for lunch. Our final destination for today, Volos. Arrival and check-in at the hotel. In the evening we will walk along the beach front with the picturesque shops and the famous tsipouradikas with the special seafood dishes. Overnight.

Day 4: VOLOS - SKIATHOS
Breakfast and departure for Achillio from where we will take the boat for our cruise, enjoying along the way the picturesque coasts of northern Evia and the southern side of Pelion. Arrival in the town of Skiathos. Free time to get to know the island of Papadiamantis and enjoy our walk through its picturesque streets. Then we will board our boat bound for Koukounaries, the largest and most beautiful beach of Skiathos to enjoy our swim. On the way back there are various events that all passengers can enjoy until our arrival at the port. Late afternoon return to Volos. Enjoy the magic of the night life of Volos. Overnight.

Day 5: VOLOS - PELIOS
After breakfast we will climb to the beautiful Pelion, the mountain of the Centaurs. Here, where mythology, history, tradition, culture, natural beauties come together and offer the traveler unique images. We will tour the traditional villages, Portaria, Makrinitsa, Chania and the village of Kissos with the impressive church of Agia Marina with excellent frescoes and the school taught by Rigas Ferraios. Return to Volos and the rest of the day free. Overnight.

Day 6: VOLOS - EVIA - CHALKIDA - ATHENS
Breakfast and departure for Athens. We will pass to the island of Evia, from Glyfa to Agiokambos and we will continue to the spa town of Edipsos and to Prokopi where we will worship the full body image of Saint John the Russian. Our next stop is the beautiful city of Chalkida. Final destination is Athens where we arrive in the afternoon. Check in at the hotel. Overnight.

Day 7: ATHENS
After breakfast the day is free at your disposal. We suggest you do your shopping at the beautiful market of Athens and walk near the Acropolis hill where are the old neighborhoods of Athens, Plaka, Psirri and Thisio which also offer good food.

Day 8: ATHENS - LARNACA
Breakfast and free time to do your shopping or enjoy your coffee. Early afternoon transfer to the airport for the return journey.
