Program

Day 1: LARNACA - FRANKFURT - WURZBURG - ROTTENBURG - NUREMBERG
Meeting at the airport and flight to Frankfurt. Arrival, pick-up and departure for medieval Würzburg. Tour of the most important sights of the city, the imposing Residenz Palace, the magnificent St. Kilian Cathedral, the picturesque Town Hall, the statue bridge on the Main River and Festung Marienberg, the castle-seat of the prince-bishops. Then we will visit the most beautiful city of Germany's famous Romantic Road, the fairytale Rothenburg ob der Tauber, which stands out for its unique beauty and well-preserved medieval old town, which has retained its traditional character to this day and is a magnet for millions of tourists from all over the world. We continue to Nuremberg, the medieval jewel of Bavaria with a rich history that leaves no one unmoved. Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Overnight.

Day 2: NUREMBERG - BAMBERG - BAYROIT - NUREMBERG
Breakfast and departure for the idyllic city of Bamberg, one of the most beautiful cities in Franconia. The city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and enchants with its magnificent architecture, narrow cobbled streets and historic buildings. During our tour we will see, among other things, the famous Old Town Hall, a masterpiece that dominates the middle of the Regnitz River, and the Bamberg Cathedral built in 1012. Then we will discover the unique culinary and brewing tradition of the region. Bamberg has nine breweries that produce over 30 types of beer, including the famous smoked beer "Rauchbier". Free time to taste this special beer and enjoy traditional dishes, such as "Sch?uferla" (roast pork) and "Zwiebeltreter" (local onion cakes). Then we will find ourselves in Bayreuth, a charming city in northern Bavaria, known both for its long history and for its inseparable relationship with the great composer Richard Wagner. During the panoramic tour we will have the opportunity to see the highlights of the city, such as the Hermitage Castle, with its beautiful gardens, the Festspielhaus opera house and the Town Hall. Free time to take your walks. Return to Nuremberg. Overnight.

Day 3: NUREMBERG - DACHAU - MUNICH
After breakfast, a guided tour of Nuremberg follows. We will see its historic center with its neo-Gothic churches, magnificent medieval buildings, picturesque squares, fountains, unique stone bridges and the building where the famous “Nuremberg Trials” took place. It is amazing how much history a city can hold. Then we will depart for Dachau, which combines the calm atmosphere of a small German town with the weight of history, due to its importance as a former concentration camp. We continue to our final destination, cosmopolitan Munich, the capital of Bavaria. Arrival and check-in at the hotel. Overnight.

Day 4: MUNICH
Breakfast and tour of the city’s main attractions. We will start from the central square Marienplatz with the Old Town Hall, the imposing neo-Gothic New Town Hall with its 43 bells and the column of the Virgin Mary, with the golden statue. We will continue with the Church of St. Peter, which is also the oldest church in Munich. Next is the Theatinerstrasse, the famous pedestrian street with shops and the neoclassical building of the Munich Opera. From here begins Maximilianstrasse, the most expensive street in the city with branded stores such as Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, etc., art galleries, cafes and restaurants. Free time to enjoy the walk and your beer. You can also taste local specialties such as pork knuckle cooked with beer and red cabbage or the famous German sausage “wurst”. One of the most famous beer halls/taverns in the city that is worth visiting is the Hofbrauhaus. Overnight stay.

Day 5: MUNICH - STRASBOURG
After breakfast we will depart for the beautiful Strasbourg. Arrival and panoramic tour of the capital of the European Parliament, which is built on the west bank of the Rhine and crossed by the Ile River. We will be transferred to the historic center of the city where the imposing Cathedral, one of the highest in the world, dominates, with the Astronomical Clock inside. We will wander through the area with its picturesque alleys, known as "Little France" and located at the western end of the Ile River, which is divided into a series of picturesque canals creating stunning images. Especially in summer, the colorful flower beds, combined with the magnificent buildings of unique architecture located along the river, create enchanting images. Transfer and check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay.

Day 6: STRASBOURG - COLMAR & VILLAGES OF ALSACE
Breakfast and then we will set off to the beautiful villages of Alsace Ribeauville, Riquewihr and of course Colmar, the jewel of Alsace, as if taken from a painting by a great artist. This small and so picturesque town is located on the delicious wine roads and every year attracts millions of visitors to admire its fairytale setting. We will tour the historic center with the traditional houses built on the banks of the Lauch River. We will see the Town Hall, the Cathedral dedicated to Saint Martin, as well as small beautiful squares with outdoor markets. Free time in the most beautiful part of the old town, Little Venice with its canals, ornate bridges and picturesque cafes and restaurants. Don't forget to take a picture with the Pfister House in the background, which was built around 1537 and is an excellent example of German Renaissance architecture. Return to Strasbourg and overnight.

Day 7-8: STRASBOURG - BATTEN BATTEN - HEIDELBERG - FRANKFURT - LARNACA
After breakfast, departure for the famous spa town of Baden-Baden, one of the most beautiful spa towns in Europe with magnificent Baroque architecture, elegant buildings and lush green parks. We continue to Heidelberg, one of the most beautiful cities in Germany, built on the banks of the Neckar River. Cobblestone streets, medieval towers, historic bridges "crown" the Neckar River and above all the imposing Castle, a huge well-preserved remnant of history that stands high on the hill. We will walk in the pedestrianized historic center and on Hauptstrasse, the backbone of the city, as it is the largest pedestrian street that passes through the central square with the magnificent building of the Town Hall and the imposing Gothic Church of the Holy Spirit. Free time for shopping, coffee or food. In the afternoon, transfer to the airport to take the return flight. Arrival in Larnaca at dawn on the 8th day, impressed by the ornaments of Bavaria and Alsace.
