Program

Day 1: LARNACA - SAINT PETERSBURG
Gathering at Larnaca airport and departure for St. Petersburg, the "Venice of the North" as it is called by direct flight. Arrival, collection and transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: SAINT PETERSBURG - PETRONDVORETS (PETERHOF)
Breakfast and departure for the city of Petrodvorets, located on the south coast of the Gulf of Finland to visit the royal palace Peterhof, a jewel of Russian architecture built by Peter the Great as a summer residence and inaugurated in 1723. A magnificent , gilded statues and ornate fountains. Visit and tour of the halls of the Grand Palace and the Lower Park. Return to the hotel and the rest of the day free. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3: SAINT PETERSBURG - PETRO & PAVLOS FORTRESS
Breakfast and the tour that follows we will see the main church of St. Petersburg, the temple of the navy, and then we will visit one of the first buildings of the city, the fortress of Peter and Paul. The most important building in the whole area of ​​the fortress is the church of Peter and Paul, an imperial cemetery, with the first one buried here is Peter the Great. Then we will cross the main street of the city, Nevsky Prospekt, famous for the magnificent palaces of Yusupov, Stroganoff and Anitskov and visit one of the main attractions of St. Petersburg, the beautiful Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood. The church was originally dedicated to the Resurrection of the Lord, but was later renamed to commemorate the death of Tsar Alexander II, who was assassinated there in 1881. Day 4: SAINT PETERSBURG - HERMITAGE MUSEUM - MOSCOW
After breakfast we will visit one of the most important museums in the world, the Hermitage. The entire museum complex consists of the Winter Palaces, the official residence of the Russian Tsars, the Mali (small) Hermitage, the Stari (old) Hermitage, the Novi (New) Hermitage and the Hermitage Theater. The Hermitage has one of the largest collections, numbering about three million works of art and monuments of world culture. Among others, works by Leonardo da Vinci, Pablo Picasso, Matisse, Gauguin, Cézanne, Monet, Rembrandt and many others are hosted. Exhibits from ancient Greece, Egypt, Rome as well as Cyprus are also hosted. We continue to the train station and board the train to Moscow. Day 5: MOSCOW - RED SQUARE - KREMLINO - ARPAT
Breakfast and departure for a first acquaintance with the city of Moscow. The tour starts at Red Square, the fourth largest square in the world, surrounded by the Cathedrals of St. Basil, Our Lady of Kazan and Russia's largest historical museum, the Kremlin. We continue with the official residence of the Tsars with the administrative and government buildings such as the Senate and the Palace of Congresses and the cathedral square with the church of the Annunciation where the baptized, the church of the Assumption of the Virgin where the coronation and the temple took place Archangelos where the burial of the Tsars took place. Day 6: MOSCOW - LENIN MUSEUM - NOVODEVICI - VICTORY PARK - BORONDINO - METRO
Breakfast and departure to visit the mausoleum of Lenin and then the Novodevichy Convent, one of the most beautiful sights in Moscow and a perfect example of architecture. Then we will visit the park of Niki with its many monuments and fountains, which is an attraction for tourists and locals. We will continue our tour with a visit to the renovated Borodino Museum to admire the vivid representation of the battle between the Russians and Napoleon, when in 1812 the great French conqueror was completely crushed within six months by the Russians, in the great battle near the village Borodino, just 100km from Moscow. Our tour will end with a visit to the famous Moscow Metro which is characterized as a large underground palace-museum with wonderful works of art. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 7: MOSCOW - LARNACA
After breakfast transfer to the airport to take the return flight. Arrival in Larnaca with amazing images and memories from a country rich in culture, history and civilization.
