Program

Day 1: LARNACA-ATHENS-TRIPOLI
Meeting at Larnaca airport and flight to Athens. Arrival, receipt and departure for the Isthmus. Short stop at the Isthmus to admire the Canal and continue to Tripoli. Arrival, accommodation at our hotel and free time. In the evening in Areos Square we will see the Epitaphs of the city. Overnight.

Day 2: LAKE CAVE - PLANET - VYTINA
Breakfast and departure for the beautiful Cave of Lakes, a journey through time, to the palace of the fairies of Helmos! A rare creation of nature where, in addition to the labyrinthine corridors, the mysterious galleries, unique lakes are formed. Optional visit and we continue to the Planetarium. The most enchanting plane tree forest of Greece in a village of incomparable beauty, built amphitheatrically above the beautiful plane tree forest of the sources of the Aroani river, is known for its many watermills and fish farms. We will stay for our lunch and from there departure for Vytina, the most lively and touristically developed Kefalochori of Mainalo. Visit to the unique church of Agios Tryphon in its square. Return to Tripoli. In the evening we will watch the Resurrection and then we will have our Resurrection dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight.

Day 3: TRIPOLI - AGIA THEODORA VASTAS
Breakfast and free time. Next is a visit to the church of Agia Theodora Vasta. The spectacle is unique as we face the church of the 10th century where many waters gush and on its roof have grown tall plane trees. Free time to enjoy the amazing landscape. Return to Tripoli. Here the Municipality holds various events in the central squares of the city where they give the scent of Greece. You can watch the roasting of lambs accompanied by traditional dances and songs. At noon we will enjoy our Easter meal at a local restaurant. The rest of the day free and overnight.

Day 4: MONASTERY OF MALEVIS - NAFPLIO
Breakfast and departure for the Monastery of Malevi, a historic monastery dedicated to the Assumption of the Virgin, located at an altitude of 900 meters on the slopes of Mount Parnon. We continue through Astro Kynouria to Nafplio. One of the most beautiful cities of the Argolic land and the whole of Greece, the first capital of the newly formed Greek state from 1823 to 1834. In the heart of Nafplio, we are welcomed by the Italian aesthetic Syntagma Square full of monuments and historic buildings. The two Turkish mosques stand out in one, which today functions as a cinema, housed the first Mutual School while in the other the First Greek Parliament, the Archaeological Museum with rare exhibits of the Prehistoric and Mycenaean period, the Municipal Gallery. Very close, towards the modern city, is the church of Agios Spyridon, a well-known place from the assassination of the first governor of Greece Ioannis Kapodistrias, as well as the church of Agios Georgios with important icons and frescoes, such as the copy of the "Last Supper" By Leonardo da Vinci. Free time and return to Tripoli.

Day 5: AGIA LAVRA - KALAVRITA - SWITCH - ATHENS - LARNACA
After breakfast departure for Kalavrita. We will make the first stop at the monastery of Agia Lavra, one of the oldest monasteries and known as the place of the beginning of the Greek Revolution. In the city of Kalavrita we will stay for coffee and from there those who wish will board the picturesque train Odontoto, which crosses the gorge of Vouraikos, passes through the village of Zachlorou and ends at Diakopto. In Diakopto we will have our lunch and from there departure for Athens airport. Flight to Larnaca.
